- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Website.
- Any misuse of the platform (fraudulent bookings, misleading information, etc.) may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Bookings and Payments
- When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the transfer provider.
- TransferSearch may facilitate payments between you and the provider using secure third-party processors.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages arising from the transport service itself.
- Refund and cancellation policies are defined by each provider and displayed at the time of booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
TransferSearch shall not be liable for:
- Any accident, damage, or loss occurring during a transfer;
- Any indirect or consequential damages;

Our responsibility is limited to maintaining the functionality and reliability of the platform.
